The Froza XT Services team recently had the honour of a courtesy meeting with legendary Bollywood actor Shri Govinda at Hotel Balaji Sarovar, Solapur.
The interaction was led by Mr. Dhanaji Mane, Incident Manager, MSHPL PKG-04, along with the Route Patrol and Incident Management teams representing NH-166.
During the meeting, the team welcomed Shri Govinda with a bouquet of flowers and shared insights about highway operations, road safety initiatives and emergency assistance services provided to commuters.
The team briefed Shri Govinda about Froza XT Services Pvt. Ltd.’s role, operational presence and services managed across various highway projects.
They also explained the functioning of the 1033 National Highway Toll-Free Helpline, a 24×7 emergency support system designed to provide timely assistance to highway users during medical emergencies, vehicle breakdowns and security-related situations.
The team highlighted how the centralized helpline works in coordination with backend support systems and on-ground Incident Management teams to ensure quick response, improve commuter safety and help maintain smooth traffic movement on national highways.
Shri Govinda appreciated the dedication and efforts of the on-ground teams working continuously to enhance road safety and provide reliable assistance to commuters on the NH-166 corridor.
